A Legacy of Academic Excellence
Government Postgraduate Science College Quetta is among the oldest institutions in the country. Established initially as a Higher Secondary School in 1942, it was granted college status after the creation of Pakistan. In 1963, it was elevated to a Postgraduate College to meet the growing educational needs of Balochistan.

The 12 well-equipped laboratories for Physics and Chemistry gave me the hands-on practical experience I needed for my F.Sc Pre-Engineering exams. The facilities here are unmatched in Quetta.

Living in the F.Sc hostel was a great experience. Having a Masjid right inside the hostel with a regular Pesh Imam made it easy to keep up with our daily prayers alongside our studies.
